ACL, a global leader in software development, is seeking a Power Platform Application Developer to be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and enhancements of the Power Platform application systems in test and production operations. The candidate will be responsible for building solutions for Monitoring and Evaluation projects using Power Platform, root cause analysis, client relationship management, and management communication in partnership with Infrastructure Service Support and Operations team members.

Delivering services and solutions for clients using: 

Microsoft’s PowerApps, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, custom development, and data integrations. Providing hands-on technical expertise to design and implement Power Platform, based solutions satisfying customer requirements. Guiding teams to use the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agent).

Understanding business difficulties to provide solutions by applying problem-solving and decision-making skills. Keeping abreast of new technologies and being aware of industry standards, best practices, and trends.

Automating business processes with Power Apps and Power Automate; outputs will include data visualization and low-code applications. Using various connectors to connect disparate systems to Power Platform applications.

Recommending and guiding the development of APIs for Line of Business applications that do not have native connectors. Identifying areas and processes where Power Platform and Microsoft 365 can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvement.

Performing technical and analytical work in developing, designing, and/or analyzing technical solutions for clients. Assessing new software products and solutions. Participating in client needs assessments, evaluating hardware and platform availability, and software requirements.


Bachelor’s Degree or its International Equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a Related Field. 5 – 8 Years of related work experience. Minimum of 5 years of Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 CRM development experience. Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments.
Core Skills: C#, SQL, .Net, Power Apps, SharePoint, Microsoft DataVerse (CDS), Power Automate. Experience with and understanding the Power Platform CoE and governance components.

Familiarity with Agile project management and sprint planning. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on cross-functional teams. Highly skilled in interpersonal and verbal/written communications, presentations, math, analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical users.
