What is ACL and how is it related to DataArt?

ACL is a Chilean technology services company founded in 1991. In March 2025 it became part of DataArt, a global software engineering consultancy founded in New York in 1997, and it has since operated as ACL powered by DataArt. As a result, its projects are backed by a group of more than 6,000 engineers and consultants in more than 40 locations.

What services does ACL offer?

ACL offers seven services in three areas. In artificial intelligence: AI implementation for businesses, AI-powered QA and testing, and process automation with RPA. In data: Databricks consulting and Snowflake consulting. In software and talent: custom software development (Software Factory) and IT staffing, which adds developers, QA specialists and squads to its clients' teams.

ACL is headquartered in Santiago, Chile, where it was founded in 1991, and has offices in New York (United States), Monterrey (Mexico) and Lima (Peru). As part of the DataArt group, it also belongs to a network of more than 40 locations worldwide.

What certifications and partnerships does ACL have?

ACL is certified to ISO 9001:2015 for its quality management system (registration RI 9000-9942) and to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 for its information security management system (registration RI 27000-88). Both certifications are issued by IRAM, with IQNet recognition.
