ACL Tecnología SpA · PC-01 · Version 2.0 · Approved on September 24, 2026

1. Preamble, Purpose and Scope

This policy sets out the commitment of the General Management of ACL Tecnología SpA (hereinafter "ACL") to the quality of the technology services it provides, and constitutes the reference framework for its Quality Management System (QMS), implemented in accordance with the international standard ISO 9001:2015. This policy is appropriate to the purpose and context of ACL and supports its strategic direction: to be a technology partner that helps its clients optimize their management and productivity.

It applies to all processes within the scope of the QMS—software development, IT services outsourcing and the provision of specialized professionals (staff augmentation)—and to all ACL personnel, as well as to the suppliers and third parties involved in the delivery of those services.

2. Regulatory Framework and Legal Compliance

  • ISO 9001:2015 — Quality management systems — Requirements, including Amendment 1:2024. This policy fulfills clause 5.2 (Quality policy) and establishes the framework for clause 6.2 (Quality objectives and planning to achieve them).
  • ISO 9001:2026 — published in September 2026. This policy incorporates in advance its requirements on quality culture and ethical behavior, in preparation for the transition of the QMS within the established timeframe.
  • ISO/IEC 27001:2022 — Information Security Management System (ISMS). This policy is integrated with PSI-01 General Information Security Policy.
  • ISO/IEC 42001:2023 — Artificial intelligence management system, applicable to the responsible development and use of AI in ACL's services.
  • Legal, regulatory and contractual requirements — applicable to ACL's services, including Ley N° 21.719 on the protection of personal data, and the requirements agreed with each client in contracts, tender specifications and service level agreements.

3. Customer Focus

At ACL, we make a strategic commitment to ensuring excellence in the delivery of technology services through a robust and effective management model. Our policy is grounded in fully meeting our clients' IT needs, acting not merely as suppliers but as technology partners that help optimize their management and productivity.

To achieve this, we prioritize business relationships built on trust and ongoing support, so that every product and service we deliver becomes real support for our clients' business decision-making. ACL determines and reviews each client's requirements before committing to a service, and systematically measures their perception and satisfaction to guide improvement decisions.

4. Quality Commitments

ACL's General Management undertakes the following commitments, which guide the operation of the QMS:

Compliance with requirements. ACL is committed to meeting its clients' requirements and the legal, regulatory and contractual requirements applicable to its services.

Continual improvement of the QMS. ACL continually improves the effectiveness of the QMS and its processes based on data analysis, audit results, client feedback and the management of risks and opportunities, which enables it to sustain higher standards and adapt quickly to market demands.

Comprehensive solutions. Quality at ACL rests on the delivery of comprehensive solutions that incorporate effectiveness, experience and deep technical knowledge.

Integrated management. The QMS operates in an integrated manner with ACL's ISMS and its artificial intelligence management system, safeguarding the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the information that clients entrust to the organization.

5. Human Talent, Quality Culture and Ethics

We understand that human talent is the fundamental pillar of this ecosystem. For this reason, ACL fosters the ongoing development and training of its professionals, ensuring that they have the competencies required for their roles and guaranteeing a current, competitive and motivated workforce that sustains the continuity and sustainable growth of the company, through the active collaboration of all its members.

General Management promotes a quality culture based on shared responsibility for results, and ethical conduct and integrity in relationships with clients, employees, suppliers and other interested parties, consistent with ACL's Crime Prevention Model and its commitment to safe and respectful work environments (Ley N° 21.643).

6. Framework for Quality Objectives

This policy provides the framework for setting and reviewing ACL's quality objectives. Objectives are defined for the relevant functions and processes, are consistent with the commitments of this policy and with the organization's strategic direction, are measurable, and have defined owners, deadlines, resources and evaluation methods.

At a minimum, they are set around the following areas: customer satisfaction; fulfillment of service commitments (deadlines, service levels and quality of deliverables); process effectiveness; and development of personnel competencies. They are monitored periodically, and their results are analyzed in the management review.

7. Roles and Responsibilities

  • General Management: approves this policy, ensures the resources needed for the QMS, promotes a quality culture and ethical behavior, and leads the management review.
  • Head of Quality, Security and Compliance: maintains the QMS and its documented information, coordinates the definition and monitoring of quality objectives, plans internal audits and communicates this policy.
  • Department heads and process or project leaders: apply this policy within their teams, measure the achievement of the objectives under their responsibility, and manage nonconformities and corrective actions.
  • Employees: know and apply this policy, contribute to the effectiveness of the QMS, and report improvement opportunities and nonconformities.

8. Communication and Availability

This policy is maintained as documented information of the QMS. It is communicated to all personnel during onboarding, in training sessions and through ACL's internal channels, to ensure that it is understood and applied at every level of the organization. It is also available to relevant interested parties—clients, suppliers, public agencies and certification bodies—through the website www.aclti.com or upon request.

9. Change Control and Periodic Review

This policy is formally reviewed at least once a year, as part of the management review, or on an extraordinary basis in the event of relevant changes in the organization's context, its strategic direction, client requirements or applicable regulations. Each updated version will be published indicating its version number and effective date.
